Jacqui qualified as a solicitor in 1997, and is the joint head of the private client department of Bridge McFarland.  She deals with Wills, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and probate disputes. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and the Law Society Probate Section.
